    This collaborative effort between Camden Assessing and Knox County GIS brings a series of maps that illustrate the relationship between real estate sales prices and assessed property values. The resulting ratio is what guides all valuation decisions. The maps are updated monthly. We hope you find it to be instructive and informative.

    Power BI is an interactive visual that connects any data for seamless every day use. For this “before” we have gathered all data from qualified sales in the study time frame. The table illustrates the pre-reval sales ratios. You will be able to see the ratios for many property attributes as well as the sales that are the basis for each ratio. Our target ratio for this reval is 96%.
