Field Review cont’d

Data Collectors are now doing “drive-bys” of every street to review/assign a Condition Code. The Condition/Depreciation code refers to the property’s overall condition relative to its age. A newer home, built in the last 15 years (or so), would almost always be average as there should be minimal renovations or deferred maintenance. The older the home the more choices you have to select from (Poor, Fair, Average, Good, Very Good, Excellent).
