Field Review of Sales

KRT has begun the next task of the revaluation. All properties that sold between 4/1/2023 - 3/31/2024 are being reviewed in-person by a senior appraiser. This may feel like “didn’t they just do this?”. The appraiser is looking at more details and analyzing sales compared to their neighbors, similar styles, and neighborhoods, different than the objective of data collection.
